DESCRIPTION
The trailer-mounted pneumatic conveyor is a unique solution when dynamic product transportation is required, and can be used anywhere to convey grain.
Characteristics
- Tractor-powered models do not require any external electricity sources
- Product can be moved in a horizontal, vertical direction, and around corners
- It can be used in fields for grain loading
- There are no requisites for its configuration in grain sheds or tanks
- The internal storage of products protects them against the elements
- If greater capacity is needed, the dynamic aspirator can be replaced by a superior model
Operating principle
TRAILER-MOUNTED PNEUMATIC CONVEYOR
The grain is aspirated directly off the floor or out of a tank through a flexible hose or fixed piping system.
At the fan, the grain is lifted to the tube on the pressurised side.
Pipes, curves and deflectors can be installed in such a way that the grain can be conveyed until the final destination.
