DESCRIPTION
This heat generation system allows grain to be dried using waste produced by the product itself.
The waste is obtained from vegetable waste biomass and sub-products of grain. It is the simplest method of reusing processing waste generated by grain and similar products.
CONSTRUCTION
- Combustion chamber made of high-quality special steel, in a shape especially designed to maximise energy performance. Outside the combustion chamber, a second chamber is installed for the passage of warm air, connected to the dryer panels.
- Residual ash recovery barrel, under the combustion chamber, complete with auger
- Diesel or gas burner to preheat the combustion chamber, accelerating the heating process at first ignition
- PLC control panel with CE approved and selected components
- Electrical connections on-board machine made from quality CE approved and selected materials
OPTIONAL
- Silo for product needing to be ground
- Ash recovery container
- Electrical panel cover
Operating principle
The dry biomass with specific characteristics is ground to produce thermal energy. Using this process, a (combustible) powder is formed, able to burn in a special hearth at a controlled temperature.
The system includes an automatic grinding line, with direct injection into the (combustible) powder hearth, depending on the requested temperature.
The ventilation system acts directly on the combustion chamber in order that combustion begins inside the chamber itself.
