Quickly removes fine dust particles, straw and large impurities from the grain mass.

Can be inserted before, after or in the receiving area of a dryer.

It is absolutely necessary for cleaning; it prevents clogging inside the dryer, reduces the level of dust in grain destined for storage (prevents overheating caused by husk, flours and minimises the dust expelled into the atmosphere by the dryer).

Air cleaners

Operating principle

The product enters by way of gravity into a motorised roller distributor, and is evenly distributed across the entire width.
The product is curtain-dropped through a rotary drum in a fixed mesh.
Large impurities (rapier, stones, etc.) remain outside the drum and are discharged into a dedicated hopper. The grain on the other hand is struck by a cross-flow of air, which removes the lighter impurities, depositing the heavier ones in the decanting hopper equipped with a waste expulsion auger.
The lightest impurities are decanted by a cyclone or filter.
